August 17, 2012 will go down in history as the big day when three adorable foster children were adopted by their Foster In Texas (FIT) families in Laredo.
Mary Jane and Felipe are two lucky kids!
Mary Jane and Felipe were adopted by proud parents Blanca and Salvador Guerra.
Angie Villarreal, LSS-FIT Placement Coordinator, joined new parents Mary and Roberto Rodriguez for a celebration photo with their adoptive daughter Shanelle (what a cutie!).
The 406 Court, with Judge Oscar Hale presiding, was filled with balloons, laughter, and JOY. Congratulations to the families and especially these children whose futures are bright indeed!
